I beging to wonder what will be going on a few years from now. Will someone be arrested, and convicted of murder for looking suspicious to a passing officer? What's the concrete difference between that and this article?

You have no idea exactly how scary this actually is.... if memory serves, the police are allowed to confiscate on sight any sum of cash in excess of $10,000 simply on suspicion. This is probably on of the first times that it actually has been tried and upheld, but I think it was a SCOTUS decision that allows it.
I could be totally off, but either way I think they should appeal this all the way up.
I do know people who have been pulled over on grounds of "looking suspicious" when they were doing nothing wrong.
Really? What's the story there?
