Here is one of the better videos I've seen recently. LTC Randolph White, commander of the 2nd Batallion of the 58th Infantry, addresses the graduates of the Army's Infantry School at Ft Benning. As far as Colonels go, this guy has some great stuff to say, and I must admit to feeling a bit useless after hearing his comments.....

Yep, definitely depressing.
Hope, I disagree. It states reality and yes sometimes that can be depressing but it's inspiring!!!
Thanks Nathan for posting that I really enjoyed watching it.
