Last post for the day, I promise.

Ben came up to Covenant tonight, which was the first time I had seen him since the middle of July. We sat in our room and looked at pictures from England, Ireland, and Scotland. We discussed girls and different school-related things. We went to Wal-Mart and shared a bag of Lay's Kettle cooked potato chips and a couple of Cokes. Then we came back and discussed some more deep meaningful things.

Then we got bored with that nonsense and went into the room across the suite from ours. Of the freshmen living there, one has already moved in but is on a camping trip for select new students, and the other two arrive Friday. For those of you keeping score, that is three people in their two person room. So being the helpful, welcoming people that Ben and I tend to be, we decided to make the room more welcoming and homey (read: spacious) for their comfort.

First off, the beds. Three beds scattered all about the room simply would not do. So we triple bunked them. The one that was already made was OF COURSE in the middle. The dressers were next. One of them is now in a closet and the other two are out of the way in a corner. The room has so much more space now! I hope these young men feel very welcomed to college and to the hall. I also hope the RA doesn't see it before Friday.

And so it begins, another semester of you and Ben going on midnight trips to Wal-mart and terrorizing the freshmen...Those poor kids, that wasn't my brother's room, was it? If so, you know you're in trouble, right?

Be nice to both my Beloved Brother and my Beloved Sister. You don't want to awaken my wrath.

Yeah Nathan, don't awaken Claire's wrath.

I am being nice.

Besides, Claire's wrath would have to find a ride up the mountain to get me, and by then it would probably be asleep again.

Don't be too sure. My wrath is not easily awakened, but once awakened, it stays awakened. Don't worry, though, I'm not wrathful... yet.

And, Nathan, there are ways of bringing down one's wrath upon someone without getting all the way up the mountain to them. Trust me.

Umm... was it just coincidence (well, coincidence doesn't exist, but you know what I mean) that we didn't see you on Wednesday, or were you intentionaly avoiding me? As I said, my wrath is not awakened... yet.
